Finding the right company to carry out your floor refurbishment works is always tricky. I settled on Sanding City Service through a Google Ad, and checked out their website and the works they had done. Spoke to Damien who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I desired an antique finish to which he explained a whole lot about the sanding process, the types of finishes, oils and lacquers...in short, I had a crash course in floor sanding and restoration. I was quite happy with the level of expertise displayed on the day and also the quote came in a whopping £250 less than I had been quoted by a popular sanding company. My property was treated with the utmost care and attention to detail and I compliment the craftsmanship of Sanding City Service Ltd entire team. If my experience is anything to go by, I certainly would recommend this company for reliability, price, and quality of service.

Sanding City Service did a fantastic job with my floor. It truly looks like a brand new floor. Damyan suggested a matt pale finish that makes the oak look much more stylish than the original yellowish finish. A brilliant job, at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!

Damian’s team we’re incredibly polite, helpful and did a great job on our floors. They left everything super clean and even moved our incredibly heavy piano for us!!! The floors look great and they were excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend.

This was a completely trouble free job. Damyan’s team turned up early. I left them to it and went away for a couple of days and it was done and tidy by the time I was back. Excellent quality too. I highly recommend for floor sanding and varnishing

Very pleased with the outcome! The operatives went the extra mile to move the existing floor boards to suit the wood patterns. All gaps were perfectly closed and the surface finished in matt with a nice sheen!

Spoke with Damian who asked for job details and pictures. He gave us a date and competitive quote. The team arrived on time and got to work immediately and finished within the timescale despite a few curve balls with our floor. Two before and two after pictures below. Did exactly what they said they would and in the timescale which helped us tremendously. You can judge the finish for yourself but we are very pleased.

Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Damyan (& colleague) Fitted us in at fairly short notice and around our work commitments, arrived nice & early to get cracking (no mean feat driving across London first thing) and worked solidly to get the job done in a day.
