I have been a customer of this society for many years, although many branches have closedown the one in Coventry town closed from the High Street and relocated in a much better position. All the staff are friendly and they have a good comfortable waiting area.

Absolute nightmare dealing with these people!We had were lead under the false pretences that our application would take 3 weeks to complete as our previous one had expired due to an individual holding up the chain.It's now 3 months in and they've delayed the mortgage application to the point we might lose our new house.Oh and it turns out they weren't even using the old application!Just lied to get us to use them instead. Their teams are 6 working days behind everything so if you give them something one week they'll look at it the next!!Horrible incompetent people!!

Very well laid out, customer service is great. Staff are always willing to help out and polite. Bank is well staffed so wait times are usually no longer than 10-15 minutes even at peak times

The high street branch of the coventry biulding society is now closed permanently. The new city centre branch opened on thurday 15th September in the upper precinct.i have used the cov build for many years and have never had a problem,the new central branch is bright airy with plenty of friendly knowledgeable staff .so far I have not had to wait at all to be served,walked in and guided straight to a vacant service point
