I just want to say what a fantastic practice this is. The reception staff are lovely and have been very supportive to me over the last few weeks, with appointments and prescriptions. The doctors have also been helpful and return calls promptly.

Just had a phone appointment with a terrible gp, I have a note on my records from a specialist at ear nose and throat, I suffer from chronic rhinitis and need anti biotics quite often to clear this, the gp I delt with on the phone obviously didn't check my records, almost had to beg for antibiotics, then it took him 2 days to write a prescription, yes I've tried all the sprays etc, they don't work, on the other hand receptionists are very helpful and other GPS have been good in the past, just a bad experience with someone incompetent who isn't taking time to read through my notes

We have been up to the GP 4 times in the last 3 weeks. We’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in a phone queue and the receptionists are always so kind on answering. We have seen 3 different GPs who have been so thorough in checking things over and listening to a parents instinct. A very positive experience each time we’ve visited but in the best possible way I hope we don’t see you all for a wee while now

Great experience! From the moment I entered the clinic to the goodbye. Robin at the reception was cheerful and very friendly, welcoming me with a big bright smile. Claire and Karen assisted me with my procedure and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.New service? Definitely working!

Whilst I have had some difficult experience in the past at Barclays, I can say that the team, over the last 11 years, have always striven to deliver for me as a patient. My experience this year has been top notch. Despite my anxieties, when I visit your practice, your attention, listening and genuine" focus on me always allayed my worries and helped me manage my situations better (I didn't feel that genuineness in my last visit to a NHS specialist's Dept.).Special thanks to:Dr. Louisa Walter

Although it definitely is difficult to get an appointment at 8am, the staff is very helpful, and I mean everybody. They work brilliantly together and are always trying their best. The service is very good.Hopefully something can be done to allow patients to book appointments in advance and sanction the ones who are not attending. For example after three missed appointments, the patient will have to find another practice.

I have been attending this dental practice for 15 years and not once have I failed to see a dentist when needed. The staff are all really friendly and I can't fault the service provided in any way. Hearing the nightmares some of my friends have trying to get a dental appointment elsewhere, makes me feel extremely fortunate to be registered here. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic GPs surgery lovely Reception staff, superb practice manager excellent doctors and nurses. I have been a patient there over six years and myself and my family have had excellent care. We consider ourselves very lucky to live in the East Craig's area and have this great service as I know. other people in different parts of Scotland do not get the same high standard thank you Barclays East Craig's medical centre.
