Sadly had to say goodbye to our little man today, Nando. Thank you so much for the last 11yrs of care for him and us-the whole practice from reception through to nurses and vets has been amazing. Today, thank you so much to Lucy and Amelia on reception through to Ernest the vet. Ernest you are a super vet, the way you explained in clear terms and yet were also sensitive and empathetic made the day pet owners dread ie me a little easier. I thank you so much.

The worst experience with this unprofessional practice.I do not recommend it! My cat had complications after a standard vaccine and they still expected me to pay although I was not explained what the vaccine is for and its benefits and risks. NASTY

The reception staff were very welcoming x one lady made a lovely fuss of my dog to calm him and the vets were great, she took time with me and my dog to explained everything and cover next steps and what to expect a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you to all the staff

Incredibly concerning. Took our beautiful miniature Dachshund in for key hole spay. The vet made a mistake and cut her spleen. They had to cut her open leaving a huge scar making us believe the surgeon did is a favour. They then lied about how we reacted, showed no empathy or care towards us and refuse to accept any responsibility. About to enter a legal battle with them, will keep this updated. Would never ever return here.

The one nurse/receptionist was rather abrupt and 'businesslike' on the phone and in person, which was slightly upsetting. However, the vet was lovely, patient and understanding as was the younger receptionist whom I saw before I left.

I have been using the vets for last 2 years.The reception staff make you feel welcomed.The vets, nurse's. Do not make you feel rushed.Would highly recommend purton vets

Very kind caring vets, they have always been helpful, honest and empathetic. Our dog was recently put to sleep and one of the nurses made prints from his paws without us knowing which was a lovely touch. They go above and beyond and I have always had the best service from the receptionist through to the vet. Thank you to you all
