Ordered and paid for an item shown as in stock on the website. 3 months later still not dispatched. Alternative item then offered and promised for delivery within a week. It didn't happen. It was promised again but not delivered. Company only communicated when pushed. Very unsatisfactory. I note that both items are still showing as in stock" when clearly they are not. My payment was refunded promptly enough"
