How great it is to get a mobile looked at on the shop premises, and not the usual ‘Oh we need to send your phone to our repair site, so you will be without it for two weeks’ scenario.The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful, setting up my new phone on the spot.Highly recommended!

Situated on the high street in Newport, this is a great place to buy a used laptop or computer staff really friendly helpful and there's no hard sell, parking is on the street which is free those space can be limited. It is ethical to buy refurbished and this shop has excellent refurbished laptops.

Today I walked into this shop without an appointment. A gentleman politely greeted me and immediately helped me diagnose the problem of my laptop. He then offered me useful advices on how to solve the problem. He didn't charge me a penny but I can use my laptop now after adopting his quick-fix tips. I tried to find something to buy there so as to show my gratitude. But the gentleman was so honest and kind that he didn't hard sell anything. Even though I bought nothing at last, he was still very friendly. I highly recommend this shop because of his professional advices and excellent customer services.
