Perfect for a weekender in Frome! 5 mins walk to the center and the staff is very hospitable. The rooms are large and the bar is super cosy. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here. Frome is gorgeous and the corner House was perfect for our time here. The room was a good size with comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 night, the Bar Manager and staff are brilliant, really Friendly and welcoming, this review has not reflection to them, but to advertise as a restaurant and discover they have had no evening chef, so was purely B & B, so disappointed and this down to the Manager of the establishment or the owner. Our room was on the top floor and very steep stairs, no lift.Our room was booked as a double, the bed was 50inch wide not a double, very uncomfortable and the topper was well past its use date, basically flat and did not serve a purpose. The kettle was disgusting and needed throwing away full of limescale. The towel radiator was also disgusting the dust was yellow and stuck to it. On the whole beautiful building but needs attention. It needs a full refurbishment in our opinion and this is sad.On the plus the breakfast was fantastic on one morning, but due to bad management only offered croissants and toast on the second morning, couldn't even offer a full continental, due to the breakfast chef being on holiday, again bad management we would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Great value place to stay. Clean & comfortable, excellent breakfast. Traffic noise on a busy junction could be an issue but didn't bother me. I will stay again.

It was perfectly ok. Could do with an update, bathroom not really up to modern standards. Breakfast was disappointing, just toast with jam and 1 croissant we had to ask for. I think that because we came at 8:30, they wanted us out asap.

Interesting and reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is good and location is excellent. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs, and also for some noise from other rooms.

The location is brilliant and all the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a really good atmosphere in the bar as well.The breakfast was superb.The rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy and good value for money, we had the family room which slept 5 with no complaints. A little tired in the rooms but nothing that would put us off coming back an staying again.

For the price the room we had at £90 Sleeps 3 and included a cooked breakfast and parking. It was a large clean room with very comfortable beds. Clean linen, bathroom and tea and coffee in room. Bar downstairs and only a 5 min walk from frome town. Would stay again. Friendly staff.

A lovely little hotel above a cool bar. Rooms were spacious, service was excellent and there was secure parking at the rear. It is a short walk into the main town with great independent shops and cool cafes and restaurants.

We arrived earlier than planned, the room was ready and they gave us a huge room, better than expected. The location is very good to spend a night in Frome and visit the place. Close to the centre and restaurants. It is a the top of a hill but the bus stops there. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and the room clean. There are narrow steps to go to the rooms (don't know if there are any at ground level) so it easy for people with mobility issues, you need to check.
