I have used Premier Properties several times for selling my house over the years. In January of this year they sold my house in less than a week, from their list of people who viewed some of their previous properties they managed to match 5 who were interested in mine. Both Ray and Stephen provide a first class service. I would highly recommend as they know the local market inside out.

The sale of our property was absolutely flawless. Ray was extremely pleasant to deal with. His communication was fantastic, he was able to work around the fact I was overseas during the entire process. Ray was simultaneously liaising with my Mum on my behalf, keeping her up to date on appointments as she was still living in the property. Thanks Ray and the team at premier properties. Currently renting through this company and have been waiting 3 weeks (so far) for my broken shower to be fixed. Have contacted the office multiple times asking for an update and keep being told 'they'll call you by the end of the day' and then radio silence. Hoping this review will get my shower fixed ASAP, as being polite and patient doesn't work.

I am very happy to recommend Premier Properties as a letting agent. From my initial inquiry on the telephone through to moving in and beyond, I have received the highest standard of consideration, courtesy and service. Relocating from a long distance (Wales) could have added to possible complications, but both Lauren in the office and Stephen in person at the property made everything run smoothly. One possible last minute hiccup was dealt with efficiently and without either fuss or delay to my moving date. Nothing was too much trouble and I am now settled happily into my new home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
