I put a deposit down on a car from BMC on a Saturday and by the Monday I had changed my mind. I contacted BMC to tell them this, believing fully that my deposit was a goner. I was really surprised when they said they would refund the deposit. I am very grateful that my mistake (buying a car without being 100% committed to it) didn't end up being an expensive one. It is reassuring that good and decent companies like this exist - not what I'd necessarily expect in the world of car dealership!

Cannot say too many good things about this company. A pleasure dealing with them from the off. They did what they said they would do, on time, and to be honest, to a better stanbdard than expected.I will definately be using them again and I would not hesitate in encouraging others to do so.Fantastic.

BMC are very helpful and we have used them for many years – from MOTs, aircon regas to full service. They are skilled, trustworthy and offer a handy local collection service. Highly recommend!

Visited as they looked like they had the car I wanted.Also had looked at the reviews before I went.Bought car, very pleased with the service easy to deal with .Luke and Paul were very helpful.Car was ready for the day and time I wanted it.Great service, no pushy sales patter, quality of the cars is good.Thoroughly recommend them.

The washer on the driver side of my car stopped working. I contacted BMC who booked me in. The staff were very friendly and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised that the bill to fix it was £15. Ford had previously quoted a lot more just to investigate the problem.Based on my experience I am planning to book my next service and MOT with them.

I known them from a long time ago. I forgot they were there until recently, wanted to upgrade my headlight bulbs and couldn't changed them. I phoned them up if they can changed headlight bulbs. I drove down there and did it in 10 minutes and charge £5.90. Fantastic I thought. Their MOT and Services are fix price too. All included part and labour. Booking my car in April for MOT and Servicing. The Staff are very friendly and very helpful too. This is a Family run business and this year they are celebration their 70 Birthday. Happy birthday BMC :-)
