Zerenia Clinic

Too good to be true. Thought this clinic was a god send after I was told by nhs that my emergency gynaecology appointment would be over a year until I was seen. My gp has tried painkillers, anti inflammatories but every month I was attending hospitals for agonising pain during flare ups. I WAS paying £45 for my follow up appointments and £125 for my first prescription. There was a slight price increase for my next prescription as my previous one was out of stock. I've now been told it is going to be £150 for the follow up.... over three times the previous price. This option is now completely over how much most people including myself can afford to pay. Almost £300 for this month alone! I know private healthcare is of course expensive but with NHS wait times at an all time high i beleive if this was more affordable, or even the original price with slight increases over the tax year ect it would be a good alternative for those waiting.

DISGRACEFUL.Initial review:After being recommended to speak with Zerenia I've received nothing but exemplary care.Nervous about trying a new kind of medication I was walked through the options and asked for my own thoughts and input. I have regular reviews to discuss the medication and the care is led by the Dr with a great deal of input and feedback from myself as the patient.Very happy with how the care is going so far.April 2023 Update:I think it's only fair to drop the review score in light of the situation at Zerenia at present. The service levels have dropped dramatically unfortunately. The team are trying and are still pleasant to deal with.November 2023 update:Wow. What a drop off. Absolutely disgusting company, avoid at ALL costs.

I have been a medical patient for over 3 years now and joined Zerenia 6 months ago.There were a few initial hiccups but the service being provided is of a high standard. Any requests are dealt with in a timely fashion and I have recently been provided with a travel letter for going abroad and this weekend I am going to an outdoor one day music festival and have been provided with a clinic letter and copies of my prescriptions.I would recommend Zerenia clinics to anyone.

Update (2nd June 2023):They made a mistake sending the third prescription through, asking for 20g for medication only available in 15g. The second time they made this mistake in two weeks. Phone line remains a scam as it cuts out between 5-6 minutes every time after calling dozens of times this week.—Seem severely understaffed. Can’t get through over the phone as the call queue cuts out after five minutes. No response to voice messages. Have been chasing a prescription for weeks after they sent two different ones to clinics that could not fulfil them.Happy to update review when this is resolved.

Very professional and caring team of staff since the offset and helpful to answer any questions or concerns I had with ease.After only weeks of being prescribed I feel as I finally have someone who know what I need with lasting results within days if not hours.I haven't felt mentally and emotionally more positive as I have now than for over 15 years within in my first month..It is amazing to see how important the science and research has been with a plant that has been taboo for so long and actually feeling the results so quick when a professional team of people come together like they have here at The Zerenia Clinic know what they are doing.I haven't been more excited to see how the future plans out for myself now I am actually feeling like I have got the help I needed.I would highly recommend The Zerenia Clinic to anyone who needs treatment for whatever reason they are referred and can say with ease the you will be in safe hands with a team who care about you and your feeling.

5 stars from me i was with zerenia for 4 months and was a great clinic ive now moved to another clinic and the only reason i did this was because the new clinic does a yearly fee rather than follow ups 150 every 3 months depending on doctor at zerenia. It could be 300 a year could be 600 depending on wht doctor says which put me off but like i said great clinic always helpfull and always on time with meds would highly recommend if they did a straight up yearly fee which is better for me i probs would have stayed as paying 150 follow up then having to pay meds at same time is a bit to much for me but maybe something to look at in future .. thanks zerenia great service ...

ZERENIA have looked after me very well since I have started with them. I am on my second prescription so far and I haven’t felt this good about myself since getting it. It has been like a huge weight lifted off my shoulder when I got accepted to try medical cannabis!I have ADHD, and I find that cannabis helps me loads, so this has been a massive help. My doctor listened to me and been very helpful, he gave me the Sativa's and Indica’s necessary to medicate me correctly and I’m very happy with the medication supplied.If you are able to join up with Drug Science Project 2021 then go for it. You could save money on prescriptions and you very well maybe helping others in the future too; by sharing your notes and collecting data for more people to hopefully get medicated properly.All in all I am happy with the services and quality standard of everything. I have had great results so far. It is well worth the money they ask for if you want to feel naturally medicated in your life.

Initially and for the first few months; Zerenia were very helpful. However, service rapidly started to decline. Inappropriate (in my view) medications were eventually being prescribed due to a lack of stock. (Substitute medications were being prescribed with completely different THC/CBD and Terpene profiles). The final nail in the coffin was that they decided to significantly increase fees and prices without ANY prior notice. When I asked why, I was sent what was clearly a templated standard response. Totally unethical. I have now chosen to move to another practice.

Such a good service. Staff really make clients feel listened to and respected. The holistic approach makes all the difference. Wish we had known similar services before! I'd definitely recommend Zerenia Clinic.

Having used Zerenia for around 6-9 months now for medical product. They are very good at what they do and are very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Had slight issue of postage to Northern Ireland but was sorted with a couple of days.Highly recommended and prices are reasonable and product from pharmacy is quality.
