I recently purchased a new Sportage from Kia in Canterbury. I ordered my new car back in April 2022 and received it 11 months later due to reduction delays etc. during that time I was kept up to date on my order by David Williams, a super member of the sales team and high recommend by myself and my Wife. The service I received from David and the rest of the staff at Kia Canterbury was second to none and I am glad to have made my move to Kia, but more so the Team at Kia Canterbury.

We have been using Kia Canterbury for two years now for my mothers car and now my recent KiaI have always found them to be helpful and fantastic with communicationMy last visit was this month June 2023 when I had two issues with my sportage and both issues addressd on the same day with an explanation of the cause and repair carried out. I would highly recommend them

We've had a Kia since 2016 and had it serviced here ever since we bought it, and they've been brilliant! Staff are really friendly, services are done quickly and thoroughly with plenty of feedback and contact during the process. Getting a courtesy car is low cost and easy, so long as you book in advance. They're reorganizing and expanding, so they're doing well and rightly so!

I met with a wonderful employee at Kia called Carl. As a Motorbility specialist he was really knowledgeable and helpful and just such a nice chap. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. I was planning on looking at some different makes of cars that day but Kia staff, especially Carl, was so nice I decided to order my new car with them, mainly as their customer service is, in my opinion, top notch. I'm pretty pleased with the car too! Big thanks to Carl!
