Appalled to be given 15 minutes notice of our appointment being cancelled - having made the appointment weeks in advance! Poor service and we will need to look elsewhere now, having travelled 140 miles for this appointment at my elderly mother's house.

The guys at BSB were really impressive. They turned up on time, were polite and professional and worked with efficiency and skill to achieve a result we are thrilled with. I never write reviews but these guys were excellent....I will tell everyone to avoid carpetright who messed us around loads before we found Ben at BSB!

Really delighted with BSB Flooring, who re-floored our entire ground floor and upstairs bathrooms. Great advice was provided about different product options and they were able to fit us in promptly. The guys who were here to fit it were a genuine delight to have in the house and they kept us involved/informed at all stages - they went above and beyond to answer our questions. Finished LVT product looks incredible and has transformed the house - thank you!

BSB replaced the old laminate on all our downstairs floors with Luvanto Herringbone LVT. They did an amazing job. The team were lovely, friendly and professional. We are so pleased with the finished result!

We cannot say enough good things about BSB Flooring. After having a bad experience with a local company in Trowbridge, Stuart from BSB was so knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable! We didn't hesitate to book them in. BSB were competitively priced and our floor has been absolutely transformed. The fitters were so friendly, respectful and they did a fabulous job... thank you BSB!
