Stay for two night camper van. Free to park just book in end of bar able to get rid of rubbish and to get water, Direct access to beach which is lovely and sandy and mega bonus lavazza coffee. Very clean and pub dog stunning would highly recommend. Definitely visit again good bunch of honest people.

A wonderful welcome from Ahed and his staff, my wife and I were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door, great food,great atmosphere and sea views from the windows - above and beyond! I'd give this place six stars if I could,I can't tell you how kind these owners were to us, it was my wife's birthday and they looked after us .Food and service is exceptional,thank you Ahed .

This is our second time at this pub. My daughter rides a horse locally so went after we finished there . Went at 5:30pm both times and got tables. No problems even though it was quite busy . Staff very friendly , the waiting staff are brilliant and nothing is too much . It is a bit pricey .. BUT the view is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I had the feta salad which was very tasty even though it was a salad . The families food was wonderful too, nice touch that you can park your car and type in your reg and it gives you the opportunity to leave it there for 24hrs if you wanted too as long as you brought some food and drinks at the pub which is fair enough . Few steps down to the beach too. Not a bad word to say , will definitely be back .

We parked up here on Saturday morning and spent two lovely days here. Free to park up if you dinned in the pub. Which we did that night. We were not expecting very much as our van neighbours had said that the food on the Friday night was very poor.But we were very happy with our food and the other guests around us were too.Remember to check your van in at the bar upon your arrival.When the pub is closed there is another door at the rear that gets you into the 24hr toilets.Overall we had fantastic time here, and will be back again soon before summer breaks.

Average meals, service OK, food was well presented but fairly bland and tasteless, staff kept petting their new dog with no handwashing afterwards before serving customer.Wouldn't return

I really enjoyed my long weekend at Poachers Pocket. We parked the motor home in the car park. We had a seaview. Just steps from the beach. The pub had 24 hour access to toilet facilities. The food was delicious and plentiful. The owners and staff were lovely. They met all our needs and were very friendly.

We've eaten quite a few times here in the past and have always recommended to friends and family for service and especially food.Sad to say, today was very disappointing. The roast was the equivalent of a microwave meal, the meat was dry, roast potatos frozen, veg mushy and swimming in gravy.Only plus was the service. Cheerful and helpful.

Firstly I appreciate that the time of year probably doesn't show the place at it's best.The food was mediocre and the staff were not the happiest I have seen. It appears to be a local pub for local people". Perhaps serving mussels in a sauce on a flat slate without a bowl for the shells

Popped in for a pint after work. Stayed 40mins.2 weeks later got a parking fine for £100.I had no idea I had to enter registration on arrival. Bar staff said nothing. No obvious signs.Signs on wall outside state free parking in big letters. Small print (on closer inspection when I returned to collect evidence for appeal) states conditions.I feel seriously ripped off. The pub was a bit of a dump also. Really wished I hadn't bothered.Such a scam to catch people out. None of the signs were illuminated so I didn't actually see them.
