Package manages to cover thousands of miles within a few days, but at the FedEx facility, no, all things seem to come to a complete halt for weeks. Do they not have any Vans, or workers or something?

Asked by American relative to ship using Fedex. Paid £105 to have document shipped from my home address to Hawaii. Stayed in between 1pm and 9pm waiting for collection... no appearance. If I had read these reviews before booking I would have gone elsewhere. Doesn't anyone from the management team read these reviews and get this sub-standard service sorted out? Never again! trust me, go somewhere else.

Id give zero but you cant i live in belfast they have a depot but 1 central number i wanted a price for 2 cases and a box to germany ,still trying to get through not impressed .

After getting a phone call asking for my address...thank you for going that extra mile in contacting me when the sender from the USA omitted to put my full address..fortunately my phone number was on the label..received my package this morning...but again thank you for taking the time to find me given how busy you must be at this time of the year..

Twice now they have said they attempted to deliver my parcels which is a lie. Driver obviously couldn't be bothered and went home. Customer service is useless as they can't do a thing about it. Can't even put me through to my local depot. Won't give me the number of the local depot so I can try and sort issues out myself. Frustrated and left feeling stressed. Would definitely not use FedEx again. Over priced and do not deliver the service you've paid for.

Full marks to Heather and Jacqui (?) for talking me through the form on how to send a large, dangerous item internationally. Would never have understood it otherwise.
