Great service. Vasile, the vet, has been really helpful in solving our emergency. Our cat was feeling better already in the morning. Good also the phone service with 24/7 emergency.

Our emergency Vet : Roman was extremely empathetic, professional and gentle with our family pet . Throughout the check up he was reassuring and informative. Arrived promptly and took care of our cat and answered all of our questions to reassure us through the check up and treatment.

The nicest vet I have ever met!I had a pretty traumatic experience with my cat who ended up passing away while Daniel ( vet ) was there. He tried everything to help her but she was unfortunately not going to live through the night.This man was so kind and compassionate with my cat and me ,who was in tears and traumatised by the situation.Daniel is to be commended for his actions and total sincerity.Thank you so much.

Answered the phone immediately despite it being midnight. The vet arrived very quickly and provided great care to my cat and reassurance to us. This service is brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone with a pet emergency.
