Purchased an E-Class Coupe from these guys, Andy dealt with me from the outset. Andy was a pleasure to deal with, highly personable , helpful and thorough , with no pressure whatsoever. A few things on the car needed doing which they sorted with no question, in a timely manner. Taxed and MOT’d the vehicle and prepared it for my requested collection day. Needless to say I’d recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a used car.

Very pleased with with business. Purchased a car in June and all members of staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately noticed some defects after the purchase, and took it to Audi who provided a list of defects after examination at their garage. I contacted BK and they happily took the car back and fixed all the issues identified by Audi, gave me a courtesy car and even valeted it before I picked it up. All interactions were very positive and I felt as soon as BK were made aware of the issues they went above and beyond to fix the issues and prided themselves in going the extra mile for a customer. Would definitely recommend.

Bought my 2015 Fiesta there a year ago. The car has been brilliant. They gave me a fair amount for my old car. Will certainly go back again. Staff very helpful, no pushy salesmen.

Went to visit some cars, easy to find, well-established garage, the owner was super helpful, knew his stuff about all the cars, very genuine and honest. Would recommend if looking for second hand cars!

Bought my new Scirocco from here back in October 2022. Ben was really helpful with getting my finance deal sorted, and took the deposit over the phone. When picking the car up, he was really helpful with helping me get my insurance and tax sorted so I could get it home. Have had the car 5 months now and absolutely loving it. Top service and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable used car!

Left a deposit on a vehicle nearly 1 month ago, however we found a more suitable car at the time. Informed Ben via email to request my deposit to be returned. Waited over a week and then contacted and spoke to Andy who advised to give it a couple of days. I then emailed back on 2 separate occasions and I have not heard from them since and they still have my deposit. Was very quick to take the deposit on the car yet very reluctant and unprofessional due to not getting a sale.Reluctantly posting this review as the guys were nice and helpful when we went to the showroom however they have continually ignored my emails leaving me no alternative but to write this review in the hope they actually acknowledge and refund my deposit.

Great customer service and trustworthy. Good stock of quality cars and helped get us in a car as soon as possible. Will definitely use again when I'm looking for my next one. Thank you!
