Absolutely terrible customer service I walked in for infills she asked me annoyed what do you want done? I said infills she immediately said angrily we are fully booked? Baffled I wondered why ask me tell me your fully booked. Anyway she talked in her language and the owner came to me n looked at my nail n said no not today walked off rudely muttering to herself ? Are they ok.

Made an appointment for 5:45. Only ONE lady at the place at the time. Which also doesn’t do the best job out of the only 2 they have. She started with the ones who came after because they were removals. I got seen at 7pm closing time. Rushed nails. No concentration. She even shouted at me to hurry with giving my hands. She was also on the phone the whole time. They don’t care if you’re getting them for an occasion or whatever. You’re just another rushed 15 minute job for them. Can I also say they look terrible and definitely nothing like the picture I showed as a reference. I will never go to this nail salon again. Look elsewhere!

DO NOT GO HERE they are very rude, under qualified and they completely ignore your nail requests.I wanted french tips and walked out with white boxes on my nails then when I asked if she could paint over them because I was not satisfied she told me “they would look ugly” do not waste your time and your money here.

Very rude shop. The lady was so rude when doing my feet she kept on complaining, when she finished she told me my feet where horrible. Very unprofessional and very rude. Don’t waste your time or money.

I got my gel polish removed and redone today and the customer service was great. The lady was really helpful and patient while I picked out a colour. I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but I had a good experience. I think this is my new go to nail salon. Thank you!

Low standards. Dirty. Staff extremely rude. She cut me and blame me for that (I didn't even complain about it) thanks God I didn't get infected

Lovely experience, the only thing is he didn’t ask me to wash my hands after the nail cutting and filing, he just wiped it with a tissue which I thought was odd, also no cuticle or nail oil was used. The nail painting was great though, just wish I was able to wash my hands, rather than the polish go on top of all the nail dust.

Terrible customer service usually really good. Today was on her phone the whole time even stopping what she was doing to answer texts and start a facetime call. Nails look absolutely terrible compared to how they usually come out. Got stiletto shape and the points are not even in the middle at least 6/10 nails are wonky. So upset as every other time they have been perfect and i have loved them, no care or consentration was taken this time. Very disappointing!

I made an impulse decision to come here because I was too lazy to go to my usual nail salon. I removed my acrylics and painted shellac here. It wasn’t as bad as I expected based on the reviews. The service was decent, they worked very fast. They did rush my set because I came in last minute without any appointment, which is why I’m assuming their paint job wasn’t excellent. You can see in the photos that it was a rushed paint job because the paint isn’t within the lines of my nail bed. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a bad set. I would come back for the price and how close it is to me. I wouldn’t travel here if I lived far though.
