Always very friendly, attentive and patient. A great range of frames to choose from and the ability to pay monthly means that I don’t have to stick to cheaper frames if I really like a designer one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wasn’t aware needed eye review. Was contacted for a review after 6 months, when I received first pair of reading glasses. Very thorough eye exam. Felt reassured by advice given and professional service. I have faith and trust in the care received at Duncan and Todd!Very happy customer.

The young lady on the desk was very professional on my arrival, she told me that Duncan would be looking after me and his office was upstairs and was this OK, she then looked to the office. My appointment with Duncan was very good as he explained what was happening and listened and answered any questions I had. I am returning on Monday to pick out new glasses as I had drops in my eyes.

Absolutely fantastic from the girls at reception to Mr Kevin Ramsey the optician. I had iritus I called for an emergency appointment & was seen basically straight away. Treated immediately . You could not ask for better. Best service & care you can imagine. Marks out of 10 I will give u all 100 brilliant.

Felt eyesight getting worse due to both eyes having cataracts one worse than the other. Great to get tested and reassured all ok. Nicole who checked did a fand very thorough job.
