Rang today to enquire about a house that’s for sale. Answer machine came on. I’m 4th in the queue, waiting time 55 seconds. Oh that’s not long I though. After a minute I’m 2nd in the queue. 5 seconds waiting time. Great ! Minutes later I’m 4th in the queue waiting time 1 min 5 seconds ! Where did the two in front of me come from ? Then after a while they hung up on me !! I called again. I was 2nd in the queue waiting time 40 seconds. Not bad I though again and so on … and on …4th 2nd 4th again & after a while an answer machine came on asking to leave my name and number. I did and asked someone to call me. It was about 1pm. Surely enough time to ring me back today. Nothing. No return call. Well I hope the people who use Tiger to sell their house understand that potential buyers are not being looked after. Can’t be bothered to call back.

I have tried to use Tiger multiple times when looking to buy property. They never return calls when trying to contact someone, I sent multiple emails with no response and made multiple property enquiries with no response. The one time I actually had someone respond to one of my enquiries, they asked me to send proof of funds-which I did. And then did not respond further after that. Tiger are an absolute waste of time in my opinion. I will not bother trying to using them further and would not recommend anyone else bother either.

Really disappointed. Our property was booked in for a valuation appointment. No one bothered to turned up, we rung up 30 minutes after the appointment time to see where the valuer was or what was going on, to then be told that the man doing the appointment had rang in sick and wouldn't be attending. Nice of anyone to let us know. If you can't be bothered to turn up to appointments and look after your customers when you're trying to win business then can hardly see them wanting to help sell the property once the cash is already in their pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Buying for the first time was a daunting prospect, however, this was made smooth and stress free with the team at Tiger. A very professional service in all respects. My rental property has been managed by Tiger E&L for some time now. It have been taken over from Oystons when they discontinued to operate. I guess like with most estate agents, you do not hear from then when everything is fine. My tenant has been really good and I've been quite lucky with this tenancy. However, on few occasions then things needed organising I still have to coordinate it all, initially arranging the plumber or gas engineer tp come out despite the fact that they are receiving monthly payment from rent to manage" the property/ tenancy. If anything I felt that I had to remind them of the 6 monthly check ups and chase most things up.I found that exactly the same with previous estate agents I had to deal with in the past so nothing new there. I also had the property set for sale in the meantime and it took a very long time to get any interest. No new pictures were taken or updated on site. No proactive attitude from the company. I nearly gave up hope. Until a manager called Simon Fielding approached me and reassured me that this property should have more interest. He was surprised himself that it has been on the market for so long. He then (as it seems) took upon himself to raise the interest and within few months I started getting offers on the house. I am now in the process of sale which again comes with it's own issues

I'm quite disappointed about the service. I was waiting for renting the house for 3 weeks, after paying holding fee and organising all the possible documents and stressing about moving out from my previous apartment etc., when I've been informed that the house was sold and can't move anymore. So they have wasted 3 weeks of my life and I was lucky I had a place to stay for time being. Meanwhile the contact with the agent was quite limited and slow.After this incident the agency hasn't done anything to compensate my waste of time or to help me find another house, but I've got my holding fee back.

I have recently sold a property through Tiger. The advice on price by Simon was spot on and when I ended up in a small bidding competition, Jodie sorted it. Whilst I had a reasonable handle on what was going on Gail still made a couple of calls to make sure I was up to date. The sale went through seamlessly.

Very poor first impression my partner enquired about a rental property and was told a viewing form would be sent to her 4 days have passed and nothing has been received, simple task but failed miserably !!!
