Hello Baby - Pregnancy Scan

Had an early gender scan at Hello Baby, was such an amazing experience. Heard my baby girls heartbeat for the first time, was a huge relief. Images were so clear. Ladies in here are so welcoming and lovely. Would recommend x

I was really hoping that the reviews regarding 'feeling rushed' were wrong but unfortunately not. I drove 55 minutes yesterday to St Helens for our 17.15 appointment. I arrived early to be able to fill in the forms and still have a good scan time. Unfortunately not. We heard the heartbeat for about 5 seconds, no warning so weren't able to record it. Scanned for less than 5 minutes and then Katie left the room before us. Within less than 5 minutes we'd been scanned and our photos were being printed not before Katie had gone back for her tea.Although Katie seemed friendly as did the lovely lady on the reception desk, myself and my husband can't help but feel that it was extremely underwhelming. We got inside the building at 17.05 and was out by 17.25. That was including, toilet trips, choosing our photos, printer ink being changed and photos printed. Unfortunately, we won't be retuning to 'Hello Baby' for a scan at 26 weeks which is what we had wanted to do. If the place was busy, I'd have felt less dampened by it but there was nobody else in the waiting area by the time we were leaving. £65 for a rushed appointment then a further £15 on photos which weren't the best quality is really disappointing.

One of the most amazing scans I have had! I have been to two previous private scans this pregnancy and felt so rushed and unpersonal but the girls here are so lovely and beautiful. She took her time, and even sent me away twice to try and get the baby moving to ensure we could get the best our of the photos.We travelled a good 45 minutes to come here for our gender scan as we had been told previously how lovely it was and they were so right! Absolutely beautiful memory for myself, partner and our girls! Thank you :) x

Wonderful experience at hello baby today!This is my second time at hello baby (Doesn’t that say everything?!)Katie is a lovely lady as is the receptionist (apologies I didn’t catch her name)We came for a very early gender scan at 13 weeks (I don’t know any other company in this area that offers this service so early) there’s no doubt that the gender Katie has given is correct. She definitely knows what she’s doing whilst being very attentive and caring as well.I didn’t feel rushed at all as other people have stated! In fact, we were in slightly early and were leaving a few minutes later than our allocated time. If you read the disclosure on the forms you pay for their time. It is a 15 minute appointment not a 15 minute scan. You can’t blame the company because some people cannot read :) Overall I would recommend this company to everyone that wants to find out the gender of their baby very early and with incredible accuracy.

What a lovely service. The 2 ladies couldn't have been more helpful. I have been here for scans with my twins, my little boy and then returned to have a scan to confirm my miscarriage. We didn't get much support from the hospital and hello baby rang me a week after to ask if I needed any advice, support and were just overall lovely. I'm returning Saturday for a gender scan for our rainbow baby.Such a lovely welcoming service with staff that really do care and treat you like friends x

We met the girls at hello baby when we reached just 6 weeks. We’ve had 4 scans with them so far and each one has been the perfect experience.The girls are incredibly welcoming, reassuring and make you feel at ease on every visit.We can’t thank them enough for the moments and memories they’ve given us, getting to see our little one grow, to finding out the gender.We’ll most definitely be back for a 4D scan later on in our pregnancy.
