This shop is such a credit to the Manager and staff. Everything spick and span and looks like an upmarket shop. Manager goes above and beyond and the staff are just so lovely and helpful. Lucky animals to have such a team behind them. Also a shout out for Steven (driver) from Daventry, so helpful!

I just bought a top and small toddler toy which the woman said was £1 but it didn't have a sticker. She went to check with another woman who was very rude and insisted it was £3. It wasn't in very good condition and the woman was shouting up the shop and I just thought the whole experience was unpleasant and unnecessary. My toddler was already playing with the toy so I didn't want to disappoint her. It's a pity the woman was so rude as I support the wonderful cause but won't be returning to the shop
