Walking on Waves Surf School

My son had three lessons; never surfed before, and loves it! The instructors are friendly, enthusiastic, competent and fun. They had my son up on the board during the first lesson. Good instructor to group ratio. A special 'shout out' to Toby who was there for every lesson, a great role model for young people, and a dedicated teacher. Thank you

I booked a group lesson for my 14 year old daughter for her birthday. She had the most awesome time really loved it. The instructors were brilliant with her and she could stand up by the end of her first lesson. She cant wait for her next lesson! They really deserve a 5 star rating.

Walking on waves, is without a doubt the best Surf School in the UK. I started surfing here at a young age, started group sessions with Max and then started sessions with Jack. Jack is an extremely good surfer, with an arsenal of knowledge. If you are ever at Saunton sands beach and want to learn how to surf, or are even experienced and want to gain a better knowledge base and surf experience, look no further. Best in the UK for all the good reasons. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself! But just be cautious, it will be one of the best days of your life and you will be hooked from the first wave!! Stay safe, keep shredding!

Finn is an amazing instructor , he took the time to explain everything to us as beginners , he spent a lot of time helping my daughter , he is a credit to your team . Good luck in life finn you will do well.thanks highly recommended pete sutton

My son had a brilliant surf lesson with Jack at walking on waves. Have been coming to walking on waves for 6 years now and would go anywhere else. Brilliant for putting people at ease, always happy to keep an epi pen for Jacob at the beach and always go above and beyond. Thank you and see you next summer.

Just had my first ever surf lesson with these guys. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with them. They are fantastic, they definitely love their work and it shows in the enthusiasm they have to get you surfing. I even managed to stand up.Definitely will be back.Can’t fault, thanks guys, epic day.
