Had some Orion bilfold & a couple of windows ( kitchen & Wetroom ) fit by Koncept on the 14th June. From the start of our process of choosing and finalising our order ~ Dan & James were very helpful, patient and on hand with advice and suggestions to our needs. On the day of install - Both Phil and Greg were not only professional when it come to the fitting the fixtures - but courteous and well mannered whilst on site - I would definitely use Koncept again and I would highly recommend.

Dan at Koncept supplied all of our aluminium crittal style and floor to ceiling windows in our new build. The windows have exceeded our expectations and are absolutely stunning, we are really happy!

We had our new front door fitted this week. 1st Dan came round to talk to us about what type of door and colour we wanted. Also the glass, lock and fitting we would like. All done under the Government guidelines. Then Martin came round to do a proper measure up. And finally Carl and a lad came and fitted our new door. And we are over the moon with it. So thank you guys for all your help the door looks great.

Koncept installed a new front door last week. Everything from designing the door to installation was done very efficiently. The old door was taken away and everything cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended.

After making use of the online quoting system, Katie provided a very reasonable quote in a very short space of time. I attended the showroom as I was unsure on some of the colour and fitting options, and Chris took me through the options, using a design tool to clearly show what the end results would look like. When measuring up, I was told there might be a need for extra building work due to the structure and age of the property, and the organising for this extra work was all taken care of on my behalf. There was a complication with the door design initially chosen as the glazing area on one of the doors was too wide for the opening, but I was presented with viable options very quickly. On the day of the fitting the fitters turned up promptly, left the property immaculately clean and in the end the extra building work wasn't required, so all in all a well priced, very professional service from all involved
