Tom provided a fantastic service for my 60th birthday party. He is someone who was always available to chat things over with and we really felt he got what we were about. I would unequivocally recommend Great British Events for your special occasion.

We took a risk when taking Tom on as our event organiser as we didn't know the area or reputable event organisers in the area. We had also never put on an event before. We ran two events over the Summer 2023: the first an intimate BBQ for my wife's family for 20 and the second a large 100+ person bash for adults and kids. Both events went fantastically well. Tom is the consummate professional. He brings ideas to the table and bundles of enthusiasm. He strikes the balance between friendly and overfamiliar (not all do!). He can handle lots of moving parts so we didn't have to. Both events he put on we thoroughly enjoyed without having to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Tom with your most challenging or ambitious events. He also has a cracking team and contacts so can make whatever you want come true. We will certainly be using Tom again.

Tom and the Great British Events Company came to my rescue setting up two parties two weeks apart this summer - my son's 21st and our house-leaving party. I had been let down by another company and so suddenly had little time. Tom and GBEC were absolutely brilliant from the get go. From designing an invitation (not part of their original remit), sorting out the best marquee, music, food & drink, entertainment, photographer and anything else I needed in a short space of time. The result was two fabulous, very successful parties.Tom is absolutely lovely to work with - organised, efficient but also unflappable and always smiling and ready to help with whatever I asked his help with. He has great initiative along with all his experience and excellent contacts in the business. Importantly we always worked in a very collaborative way and he was very keen that I got exactly the party I wanted.I couldn't recommend Tom and the Great British Events Company more highly if you're looking for help to create a brilliant and memorable party. Omg Tom and team were fantastic! They supported and executed my engagement party experience to meet my demands and aesthetic. All my guests and me had a great time. There wasn’t a thing they couldn’t do for us even running off to get tequila when we ran out!!

Great British Events supported us in preparing the most spectacular of themed work party events - a 1920s themed party in Reading for c. 400 people.Tom sourced fantastic decorations, working closely with the venue and pulled together an outstanding entertainment schedule for the night including a live casino, multiple dance troupes, multiple music acts, and more.Throughout the build up to the event, Tom was great at keeping in touch with our organising committee, and open to discussions on ideas throughout. In particular we appreciated how Tom kept in mind our budget manage to exceed our expectations without exceeding the budget!!On the night Tom worked exceptionally hard to ensure everything ran smoothly, including being on site 24 hours early to coordinate the preparation. Everything went off without a hitch.Overall we were thrilled with the work done by Great British Events and we would definitely use them again for future events.

Fantastic service!!!I reached out to Tom for help in organising a hen do for my daughter. It was a family hen and a relatively small affair, but the personal service that we had from Tom was amazing - he worked so hard to listen to my requirements and find us the perfect venues to enjoy the day.Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with and he honestly provided us with the perfect day!I would have no hesitation in asking Tom to help with future events, however big or small - cannot recommend the Great British Events Company highly enough!!

Tom and Great British Events helped me plan my 32nd birthday in our home garden! Tom listened to my ideas from the start and was very prompt to answer even the smallest question. He was very attentive and incredibly accommodating.On the day of the party, Tom and his team were simply outstanding.
