It was our first time visiting Nora Bones but we were very happy with Joanne and the care she gave to our two dogs. Our puppy was having her first puppy groom and our other dog needed her claws clipping. Both were anxious in a new environment but Jo was calm and relaxed. We will definitely return and already have booked for next time.

My Cavapoo isn’t keen on baths/showers & it takes time to groom him as he’s anxious. Nora Bones are so patient with him & provide, personal, professional, caring & friendly service, offering advice on maintaining good pup health too. My Cavapoo & Dachshund always leave looking and smelling amazing.

My little girl Jamba has been for the second time today and I’m so impressed with how she looks and smells! Nora definitely took on board our requirements and instructed us in the best way to achieve the puppy look. Jamba came back very happy today so I know she was looked after well! I’m so happy that we found Nora Bones dog grooming. Very patient in dealing with our Millie as she was very anxious dog. Jo really took good care of our Millie very thorough with her grooming. Highly recommended. We really appreciated her kindness in welcoming Millie as we booked last minute. We will see Jo again in 8 weeks. ❤️

I went yesterday for my puppys groom, and it was absolutely amazing. She talked us through the process of puppy grooming, showing us the products she was using, and taught us how to desensitise our puppy from grooming tools. 10/10 I would go again.
