The best ear wax removal I have got done!The audiologist was very gentle when removing the wax and managed to get it all out from both ears. I can hear so much better now, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to get their ear wax removed.

My 91 year old Grandfather is deaf in one ear and relies on hearing with his other ear, he was feeling some discomfort and after having a hearing test, was told he had wax in his ear. I contacted Hazelwood Healthcare. Every step of the process was brilliant. From the seamless booking to the pre-appointment advice to the actual appointment. They came to visit him at his house so he didn’t even have to travel. The Clinician was very friendly, professional, patient and understanding! He explained the process to my grandfather clearly so he felt calm and reassured that he was in good hands. He made sure all the wax was out and my grandfather could tell a difference straightaway! Amazing company, brilliant staff and 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service provided by the ear wax specialist. Used a mixture of techniques (water irrigation and microsuction) to make sure all the wax is removed in the ear canal and on the ear drum. Definitely recommend this!
