Beware extra charges.Sytner contacted me in July 2023 to offer me a new car on similar terms as my current 2.5 year old car.They didn't need to see my car but I told them that 1 wheel had been kerbed.I agreed and signed contracts, agreed a delivery date, signed the final contract 5 days before delivery was agreed.43 hours before i was due to collect the new car in October 2023 I had a phone call telling me I would need to pay £500+ when I collected the car for refurbishment of 3 wheels and a new tyre. £200 for a new tyre, and £85 for 3 wheels to be refurbished. Plus VAT.What shoddy practice.The order has been cancelled as I will not to be held to ransom.A lesson to everyone insist on your car being viewed and any damage to be agreed before you agree to any purchase!

I have just recently purchased a brand new BMW and Hannah Preston was my contact from sales. She was absolutely brilliant, kept me informed all along the process and due to my car was being delayed as it came from overseas, she did her best to compensate for the lost time and any work and service that needed doing on my old car in the meantime. I can only recommend.

Edit: received a very courteous phone call explaining the oversight, and offering to put right (declined as it's such a small issue it will cost more in time than the value) and so I lifted the review up a bit.Took my car in as BMW asked me to return it due to a recall on the airbag, 20 miles round trip twice in 2 cars for 2 people. Fair enough, it was safety related.Arrive to collect my car, left waiting for 20 mins, and whilst waiting a video of the check comes to me showing 2 screws holding the undertray on were missing (the car was on a ramp for the video and so would've been a 2 min job to screw in). But they didn't, instead I have to drive home with the undertray flapping.When challenged why they didn't do it there and then it was because the work hadnt been authorised. No-one called me to ask.So after me giving up 2h of my day (plus my wifes 2h) and 40miles of fuel in 2 cars to return a car to fix BMWs fault and they didn't make my car safe with 2 screws. They would've charged me £7, but didn't call me to authorise it so didn't do it! It should really have been done as a courtesy.It's really frustrated me; yet so petty. The arrogance from the department (no apology for the recall, no offer to replace the missing screw at charge or complimentary)They offered the bare minimum of service which for a brand like BMW is unnaceptable. My Range Rover and the Land Rover dealer network is night and day a better experience.

Two women at the front desk in the service department were great today (sadly, I didn't catch their names) very sympathetic and understanding of my situation. Despite the parts department being shut they were still able to help me out when I was in need. This type of customer service is rare and needs to be recognised.

Really positive experience with Sytner BMW. I purchased a Mercedes Benz E Class which had been part exchanged. Rob was excellent, really responsive and straightforward with clear detail provided to conclude a prompt sale. Car was provided quickly in a great shape following all the checks. Rich was also cooperative on the legal and additional elements and negotiated a good deal. Would highly recommend the team at Sytner BMW Leicester.

Sytner Leicester has a superb service. My emails are answered quickly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I would single out Stefan Clay with whom I have dealt with directly on the purchase of our car. His attention to detail is excellent, completeness of answers good, enthusiasm for BMW is good. A good guy to deal with.
