I was trying to drop of Evri parcel there, it was well within the size limit on their website. The store manager (I think) said it's too big and they won't take it. I was trying to explain that it's within the limit and asked to measure it if she's not sure. The reply was that she knows it's too big because Evri send them photo with parcel that are too big and mine looks too big. Ridiculous and rude. Will never go there again. Will talk to Evri as well.

Overpriced.. and what's more, I've noticed things being hiked even higher at the till. Others have complained of this also, it's practically a SCAM. Do yourself a favour and walk up the road to THE PREMIERE, much much cheaper.

What is it with the security bloke when i have always been in he follows me around the shop today he took it to a whole new level and followed me out of the shop. I have never stolen anything in my life. I will no longer shop here again.

Prices are more expensive than before it was a premier and products not as good quality or range. Had out of date cakes. Staff are different and as rude as they come, I never get the correct change. Would never return

Parking outside but not fully dropped kerb so take care, caught underside of my car. Generally helpful staff and usually well stocked. Very expensive though, feel sorry for those who can't travel far and have more choice. I've picked up reduced items several times and told not reduced when reached the tills. I think they need to be on top of the pricing better. Glad we have it locally but a last resort due to high prices.
