I'd leave zero stars if I could. The worst GP practice I have ever had. Have currently been waiting two weeks for my GP here to sign a piece of paper I need for an urgent private healthcare referral, and the receptionists repeatedly say there is nothing they can do to help or speed it up. In person, the receptions are rude and cold. Another private GP helping me has gotten so frustrated with this practice that he reached out to them on my behalf himself.I had blood tests done here a few months ago and they also forgot to inform me of my results. I had to chase after three weeks of not hearing anything. They have an online system to submit documents which I used a while back, and then heard nothing. When I chased AGAIN they told me the online system must have been broken and they hadn't received anything. They also routinely do not give call backs when they say they will.It is impossible to get even a basic standard of care from this practice and I feel at a loss as to being able to access the medical attention I need. Literally awful.

I recently visited this GP practice and was extremely disappointed with the level of care and customer service provided. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they had no interest in providing any sort of assistance. The doctors themselves also seemed completely clueless, and I felt like they had no idea what they were doing. To make matters worse, getting an appointment with any of the doctors is a nightmare, as you have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks just to be seen. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will be finding a new GP as soon as possible.

Literally worst service you can hope to receive. The people who work on reception have the worst attitude and manner. They way they communicate to you like you’ve just massively inconvenienced them for trying to see a doctor. The processes and staff just don’t seem to be managed at all. And worst they don’t even seem to care. Awful.

One of the worst GP ever. It is impossible to get an appointment whether it’s through the phone or online. Online system it’s always temporarily closed, so u can’t even book an appointment, if you tell them that on the phone they will tell u to go back online and try again the next day. They never admit they’re at fault. There are many people I know that are complaining about their poor service yet they are not making any changes. My mum is a regular patient and the DR even told us to mention their name when calling so that they know it’s urgent, yet they still don’t take u seriously. Disgusting by your service. I will be making an official complaint and taking this further.

Have been on hold for 52minutes and have been first in the queue for 30minutes of that. Im still waiting. Honestly the GPs are amazing and are realllly caring but the receptionists/admin staff are really bad at their jobs. Ive made a request over a month ago for medical reports and have got different information from every single receptionist I’ve spoken to. I can totally understand the NHS struggling at the moment but it truly becomes a joke at this point.

I think the number of bad reviews speaks more about how so many of us do not realise how government cuts to primary health care has impacted every GP surgery. On top of that the chronic shortage of GPs and no realistic govt policy to reverse this. I have been with this practice for over 20 years and the level of care I have received has been exemplary, even given the pressures staff are under. Even my hospital consultants have said how lucky I am to have such a great GP. In addition the admin team working behind the scenes could not be more helpful, and they too are working under increased pressures. A brilliant community health centre!

They are always helpful. It was great to meet Dr Bower. She was very kind and sympathize to me.

Wanted to share our good experiences since 2014 and sending good vibes to the doctor, nurse and midwife team. They are all fabulous with our family. We had babies on 2019 and 2022, I was so happy to go there for my midwife appointments. Always a good moment and the midwife took her time for my questions. Babies had injections with wonderful nurses, super patient and really nice. They are so kids friendly. Same vibes for the doctors we met and the reception, they are so helpful by the phone. For us it’s a safe place. They definitely deserve more than 2 stars.

I was booked in for a blood test here by my GP Tredegar Practice. While there wasn't a great deal of availability for the appointment - I was told there was only one day and one time - I appreciated that the time was in the evening after work which suited me very well. I arrived early, and though I didn't have the right forms with me, I was literally greeted by reception, had the blood test and sent on my way within 5 mins. The staff were very skilled, accommodating and lovely, even at the end of a very long day.

This GP has gone so downhill that it's almost unbelievable. You can never get an appointment and staff don't care anymore whether your dying or not. They can blame NHS funding cut as much as they want but the fact of the matter is that they use this as an excuse to hide their incompetency and careless attitude.
