SHOCKING COMPANY- PLEASE AVOIDDO NOT USE SURE TELECOMMS!!!Sure telecomms have been appalling in the handling of our business broadband. They mis sold the product to us, left us without broadband for a number of weeks, the product is poor and regularly has poor connection. When contacted to request a copy of the sales call recording, they hadconveniently 'recycled' it. I raised a complaint and it seems every week a new person is dealing with it.The staff never ring you back.They were overcharging us. There is no cool off period but they like to not inform you of this. The termination fee is over £1500.And lastly, when I asked for a deadlock letter to take to the ombudsman, I was financially threatened and told they will win, not me and they will send me a bill for £400 for the trouble. This is illegal by the way.How this company is still trading is beyond me.SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AVOID AVOID
