Has there been a change of ownership? Went recently, despite being upsold the full valet for £25 there was no hint of any of the upgrades. The upholstery wasn't vacuumed properly, and it also smells as if the cloth they used needed cleaning. It started raining and after waiting near enough an hour as one fella worked on the interior i decided i couldnt be bothered to raise the numerous issues with the clean. I wont be back

Very rude people. Put my car uncleaned and took it uncleaned as well. Not recommended, be aware scammers!!!!

They dont deserve any star, rude staff; bad service. Didnt even dry my car properly. Dont go here.

Extremely rude staff no customer service skills at all. They didn't even wash my car and to top it off I was shouted at by the man from the office. Defo would not recommend.

Everytime you come here they change the rules or try to make you pay more for the same service. The last time I went they said new policy its payment first. This time they didnt take payment until the end. I opted for the mini valet. A guy came up to me and said do u want to go for the detailed valet for 23 not 18. I asked him what's the difference. He said we clean all the plastics and middle tray and dash. ? I said so what do u do in the mini valet. He said just the seats and hoover? I said that's not right I always get the plastics cleaned for a mini valet. And he said we use a special chemical too... reelly weird. Anyways he then told his guy to do a normal mini valet and lean the plastics. In the end they done a less than average job and missed one of my tyres for the tyre shine. The tyre shine must be watered down because iv just reached home and the 3 it's on has disappeared!

Excellent service, workers were very through. I only had to wait 30 minutes for a valet and in that time they vacuumed, detailed and removed all the scratches on my car. Very satisfied.

I went to this place assuming they'd provide a better service to the previous car wash business that was here.Unfortunately I made the wrong decision. I turned my car in and first thing I saw was a queue which I did not mind. You have to wait for your turn of course.However the staff looked like they were frustrated and didn't want to work. I could only see 2 staff members trying to handle a queue of 4 to 5 cars.Drivers in front and back after 15 minutes of waiting started to do a U-Turn. I still sat there and saw one of the staff members kicking off with the pressure hose pipes being tangled up.The owners don't seem to car how the business is run. If I was the owner I'd want to know my business is providing the best service possible and be managing it myself most of the time.However it has now become just like it was before with Romanian employees who don't understand English and the service you want them to provide.The cars aren't cleaned properly and after paying them the money you realise they've just used some old greasy cloth on the last 20 cars.I usually have photos but I wasn't going to drive and take them.

1.5 hours and car was still unwashed when I came to collect. Extremely rude and unprofessional especially the one who calls himself boss". I had to report them to the police to stop them scamming other customers.I previously used the place months ago and was very positive experience but since the new owner took over the experience has hit rock bottom.AVOID at all cost. Its not worth the stress or time wasting. You can not trust this bunch with your car or any belongings in the car."

used a few times, did not expect a shoddy service this time. staff arguing amongst themselves. rushed washes and cleaning. had to ask at least 3 times to dry certain spots which were missed. One of the workers tried to do small talk and tell me how he wasn't happy working today due to weather and how his boss first agreed tothem working half day but then was told to do a full day. told him to wipe the water off properly, and his response was it doesn't matter its going to rain anyways". not sure what goes on behind closed doors between owner

Been going here a few times now, its pretty good usually. However.. as you can understand when its really busy or when its a miserable day they may miss a few spots here and there. Staff are all polite lads in my experience and the prices are good. (7pounds)
