Rude staff hardly acknowledged us as we waited to see perfume allowed other customers to be served first and continued to talk and stare at us as we waited ended up walking out after ten minutes without being served store was not even busy...

I went in on the off to see if I could have my nails done, Kayleigh was able to help me straight away. Kayleigh did a fab job and was super lovely to chat to - I will deff be back, thank you Kayleigh!

I really hate coming to this Superdrug anymore because every time me and my friends come in to buy or just to browse the workers always suddenly come up in our faces asking hi how are you do you need help like we’ve only just walked in and then they are always walking past us looking at us going up and down the aisles looking at us just waiting for us to steal but we would never steal because we’re actually nice people and bare in mind we’re teenagers are as always lots of people always stereotype us into stealers because we’re young,“ruthless” and “rebels” and it makes us so uncomfortable getting stared at walking into stores and even when we are paying. I get that if the workers are just keeping an eye out for stealers but when it’s only me and my group of friends and no one else it’s really annoying . Definitely would not recommend here if your a teenager or young and if you’re with your friends especially and group of friends.

I recommend Stefka the beauty therapist. She is very kind and friendly and does a really good job. Thank you for staying late to get my eyebrows waxed for a last minute appointment.

It was great to meet Emma she was a knowledgeable and helpful staff member. It was nice to receive excellent customer service, especially when i was looking for specific products which I was not sure about. I'm glad she was able to assist me and answer all questions to my satisfaction.Thank you for your time and service Emma you certainly was my highlight of the day.

I have no experience purchasing makeup, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was helped by a fantastic member of the team, Charlotte, and she assisted me with finding everything I needed, prices, as well as offering advice on colours. I'm thankful for the assistance and friendliness of the staff.

Awful, the beauty therapist was extremely rude and came up with 1000 excuses as to why she couldn’t do my nails, gel nails do not take 3 hours, do not advertise a service you can’t do. Told me my nails were not in a state to have gel polish although I have been getting gel for 3 years now.

So rude to me and my partner. All members of staff completely ignored us and one of the girls was staring at us which made us extremely uncomfortable. My boyfriend placed and item back on the shelf and she went and got the other girl and blatantly started talking about him doing this and looking over at us. Terrible customer services and all the girls should be taught some manners!!!

I went into Superdrug looking for eyelash serum, but was struggling to find one. Faith really helped me so much, and gave me some great options to choose from - Explaining how to use them and what to do if it don’t work. This was extremely helpful, as I went to the store in town and didn’t get the same customer service. She was extremely polite, and had good knowledge about the products, very welcoming and friendly.Thank you for the great experience.
