Avoid t all Timsons shops as they are a complete rip. But you must remember that this has no reflection on the staff in anyway as they well decent people. But the company must be losing so much bossiness. To get a key cut for one would cost you £8 2 keys £12 iPhone screen replacements very exspencive my was priced at £ 75 went else where £45. Keys cut by B&Aq and Rybert Dyes £5 3 keys £11 and B & Q same your best to go else where for shoe repairs key cut and other services go else where so much cheaper do not go near TIMSONS THE RIP OF STORE-quarter tips for shoes £24.99 shop in Southampton Margate £12.00

Couldn't have been more sarcastic and patronizing. I simply enquired about purchasing a watch strap. The old bearded store man seemed to really need to make me feel as stupid as possible. I actually just said thanks and left. This is the THIRD time I've been in his shop and had this attitude. I won't be doing it a fourth time. It's a good job I don't talk to my patients like that. It must be a stressful job repairing watches.

Excellent service of Dan who works there. He did engraving on a lighter and hip flask in a very timely manner. Great friendly service, would recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.I popped in to get my watch battery changed to find that the battery is fine, but the watch is not... goes blank and resets itself to 01/01/2005.I initially thought loose battery - or flat - but it's not.The chap could have just changed my battery, but he investigated a bit...Thank you. Very impressed.

Have gone in for a simple key copy and have come home two days in a row with a key that does not work!! First day we saw the key was clearly warped, maybe should have said something then, but then go to get a replacement and whoever helped us just shaved down the faulty key! Came home, key didn't work. There are machines that can automate this service, why do I have to deal with human error!!!

Went there to get a key copied, key didn’t even fit in the lock when I got home. Went back to get it fixed, they shaved it down and cut it more, and it still didnt work! Unbelievable. It was a different person the second time, so there’s definitely some incompetent employees.
