Great a very cheerful young man. Who said he had only been doing the job for 2 weeks. Unlike the older lady on customer service who was quiet unpleasant. She needed to learn a lesson from the young man. He said he was a student and came from Pershore. I'm sorry to say I didn't ask his name. Sometimes young people are given a hard time.
