Clean tidy, beautiful gardens

We cannot fault the staff and care they afforded my late husband. All were compassionate and caring. The accommodation was tasteful and appealing.My family and I will always remember your kindness and dedication to him before his passing. Thank you to all.

The staff at the hospice were fantastic very supportive, compassionate and understanding in a very difficult time for my family, they looked after my dad providing excellent palletive care for the last five days before he sadly passed away. The hospice itself is very nice it's clean, cosy and set in beautiful grounds which are very peaceful and well kept.

I have no experience with the hospice itself .it's one member of staff that came out to see my wife with the doctor just days before she passed away .we had always been positive and always protected my beautiful wife from any negative outcomes then the hospice member of staff came and was really tactless telling my wife all the things she didn't want to hear leaving her very very upset. I don't know her name but she is in the wrong line of employment

This magnificent team of people from volunteers to staff, gave us hope when all was lost. Everybody is gentle, kind, nothing is too much to go that extra mile to make sure your loved one is cared for and you less anxious. The installations are superb, the gardens are a pleasure to walk around and take your loved one out for a stroll in a wheelchair.Thank you to everybody who took care of my Dad.

This hospice is by far outstanding in all areas, the doctors, nurses and assistant staff along with the caterers are overwhelmingly brilliant with masses of compassion, understanding & caring. I don’t know of any medical centres that surpass the care I’ve now received on two occasions of my stay at the hospice. A truly wonderful place to be helped with health conditions. This is not just a place for end of life care but for the more complexed health conditions such as pain control All this is done at the hospice which is set into beautiful surroundings , it has 3 ponds lawned landscapes with areas for reflection. It also has a variety of wildlife that visits the gardens too from small birds to ducks & pheasants from squirrels to roe dear.
