Matt Cole what a legend absolute pleasure to deal withTotally put us as his main priority to guide us to the car we finally purchased Ford Puma ST Line X. We gave him a list of what we wanted in the car and he certainly delivered.Car hand over today was really polished and probably one of the best instrumentation briefs I’ve ever had really thought out.Thanks Matt you are a credit to Ford Taw and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a vehicle from you again.Don’t lose the enthusiasm well done.RegardsKev & Jude

WOW! What can I say except if Carlsberg did car dealerships this would be it!Long story short..... bought a brand new Focus RS in 2017 from a different dealership back in Essex. Had numerous issues regarding the notorious coolant problem (manufacturing defect) throughout 2018. This resulted in multiple visits to over 4 dealerships all of which stated there was no identifiable fault. Finally had a new (revised) head gasket fitted at a garage in Ipswich who were the only ones who could fit me in for the work in a timely fashion (less than 6 months!!!!). Fast forward 3 years to February 2022 and car starts exhibiting the same symptoms. Long 3 month battle with Ford customer service who only initially offered 75% of the repair (new engine and labour). Turns out the car should have had a new head assembly as well as the gasket. The mechanics at TAW FORD identified the block was out of tolerance therefore meaning a new head assembly and gasket would essentially be like a plaster on a broken leg! Finally Ford agreed to pay 100% of the repairs (new engine over £10,000 !!) and the guys at TAW could get the car sorted.I appreciate that this has dragged on longer than was necessary (due to Ford customer service) and that the car was taking up valuable ramp space in the workshop throughout and would like to specially thank Ryan (Service Manager), Chris (Service Assistant) and not forgetting Rob (the mechanic) you've all been excellent and it appears that good old customer service and common sense hasn't died a death down here yet!Thanks again and see you all soon (but not too soon).

I purchased a van from taw ford a few mounts ago, sales team were very helpful and polite but after sales let me down big time. A simple repair took over three weeks with no available hire van. overall I'm very pleased with my ford transit custom but would never recommend taw ford for servicing or repairs due to length of time taken and how they treated me.

Six months to wait to have parts replace fitted after a service, after chaseing up the dealership, the part where found seating in stores up to 5 months. Lack of help from service departmentHave now changed dealership for the new motability car

The three stars are for Taw Ford's sales team only. They are very good. Unfortinatly their service department, used twice now does not merit any stars. Unfortunatly as its a new car we are tied to them for servicing. Taw Ford Service dpt could do with a good shake up!

The service team dented my van when it was being worked on, and then denied doing it and refused to fix it.It's a shame that the sales team will lose out on the sale of another van because the service team are incompetent, but I'm not using this company ever again.

Sales team are very good, polite and efficient, shame the same can't be said for after sales especially workshops.if your unfortunate enough to break down a simple repair job by them will prob take weeks. After sales seriously let's down a general good dealership.
