A nice tea for two had. Venue was clean & staff friendly. Would definitely go again. Plenty of tables & we didn't have to wait to be seated. We didn't finish everything & they gave us the cakes in a nice box to take home.

The staff asked me to leave a one star review….All three staff members were inside the shop on 14/09 and had closed it at 17:12 despite the closing time being being 17:30 on their website and on google maps.I was trying to buy a cake last minute as a thank you to my boss for her birthday, and was unable to despite the perfect one being in the display cabinet.In all fairness to the younger boy working in there it did seem like he wanted to help out but was quickly shot down by one of the female members of staff. This all transpired through the glass shop doors whilst members of the public listened and even passed comment saying how badly the situation was handled. I understand employees want to leave and pack up but customers equally shouldn’t be treated like that and times should be displayed correctly on the website and google maps.

This is review on why me and my brother turned away from eating a quick cake in Cambridge.Today suddenly heavens opened up, and as we still had a little time till the parking session has ran out. we stopped and looked at all the cakes in the window to decide what to eat when the shopkeepers decided to wind in the sun visor which has collected a tonne of water and it literally poured right next to us missing the back of our necks by an inch and end up both of us with our shoes and socks soaked and the shopkeepers though it was mega funny. Well hope you loose business with this review! Horrible people!

We had a lovely afternoon tea here, the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. We also took some cakes home as well, to prolong the experience.The lady that served us was excellent and also the coffee was very good.We would definitely visit here again and look forward to it.Than you.

4 adults, one 8yr old and a baby. We waited 10 mins for service and eventually called over a waiter. We wanted 3 afternoon teas at £36.95 each. We were told we had the choice of ham sandwiches or vegetarian, nothing else from the menu. Very blase attitude from waiter. We decided on drinks only and waited a further 10 mins. Disaster....not impressed, neither were our American guests!!!.

Tasty hot chocolate, nice a smooth and topped off with cream as an extra. Custard slice very tasty, we also had the baked cheese cake which is maybe more cheesey and sour than we are used to.Nice little restaurant with the option of scan to order and pay.

Had a lovely brunch there. Friendly helpful staff. We ordered online and it went very smoothly. Vegetarian breakfast was very nice. Lovely iced coffee and they didn’t mind putting some oat milk in for me when I asked.

Ordered through uber eats and paid a total of £44.23 (including fees) for a 6-inch angelica gateau cake and got this.Took a photo as soon as I received the box and went through uber eats app but still no response.
