Been going through the Usk way greggs every morning for nearly a year an the amount of time they mess my order up is unreal, got fed up so asked for the items I was missing from yesterday's mistake for free today. Ended up arguing with every person in the shop. Saying we didn't pay for it yet we have the same thing every day and it's the same price! So left my £10 order on the side refused to pay and told them to keep it! Lost 2 daily customer's over a sausage. And it's the most expensive greggs!

Horribly understaffed, and those that are there are dreadfully incompetent and don't understand how to do basic parts of their job. Most are friendly but some of the staff are cold and make you feel unwelcome. Far better off going to one of the Greggs in the center of town.

2 out 3 times I've visited they've had no vegan breakfast rolls. Bit poor really. They don't seem to have a problem cooking a load of bacon for the breakfast rolls. Seems like they bring in vegan products but barely give them a chance to sell as they are not even on the shelves or advertised.

Busy location and good selection of foods but the overriding fact is the food served is entirely cold. I believe the tax directed at reheating foods has very negatively affected an otherwise brilliant business.Not for me I'm afraid.

Best service in a Gregg's I've ever had. Manager and staff were lovely, and friendly, food was warm, on time and delicious, shop was perfectly clean. Highly recommend, better than other Greggs in the area.
