Out of order. Saw a guy in vip get thrown out whilst he was with his girlfriend for literally nothing (walked up to him and dragged him out) when he tried to question it another bouncer grabbed him from behind and tried to body slam him all whilst he’s co operating.I have mobile footage of the incident. I’ve been told about such discriminatory incidents taking place but today was first time I saw it. Furthermore it’s supposed to be student night but my group was allowed in which gives the impression the door staff are pick and choosing.

My daughter was in club Sat 21st August She had a great night but lost her IPhone and driving licence! Please has anyone seen or handed this in? We would be most grateful if anyone could help locating this. The bouncers on duty that night wouldn't allow her or her friends to go back into the club and try and find it.

AVOID - Horrific customer service with rude staff over prices tickets, no seating areas unless pay for VIP, bottle of desperado for £6, after paying £15 entry. The soft drink mixers were flat.Never felt so ripped off

I went to Onyx for a friends birthday and by far the best night out I have ever had. The staff and bouncers were so nice when serving and checking our ID’s. The atmosphere was great with great music all night long. Onyx is definitely my go to club from now on and i would 10000% recommend going :)

Came here two Saturdays with my boyfriend. We've never been before, in our early 30s, like partying and been meaning to go. Luckily a promo guy encouraged us and we were happy we went. Music was on point, drinks weren't too expensive and it looks really pretty inside. Definitely will be going back

This club is a complete joke. Bought tickets online got to the door the rude bouncer who needs to be taught some manners asked for ID showed him and was told it’s 24s and under. Never been turned away from a club for been too old at 27. This has happened to a few people and it’s a Saturday night not a student night. This club shouldn’t be allowed to do this and should be shut down anyway nothing special by all accounts and not worth bothering with.

AVOID. Was forced to pay £15 per person on entry, once inside was kicked out of our seats and forced to stand up the whole night. No seats available unless you’re VIP, when we asked about this we were fobbed off and told we had to book in advance just to sit down. Not to mention drinks were £9 each at minimum. (Mixers were flat) No atmosphere as VIP guests were sat with their feet up on their phones and we were shoved into a corner just to stand there. Will not be returning, trying to be a 5 star club with 1 star service

was not a good club, paid £10 just to put my man bag in the cloakroom when my friend was allowed to bring in their bag. the atmosphere was awful as well and was emptyish at 1am on a saturday night. was there for 5 mins and they didn’t let me refund the cloakroom price. Also very unfriendly security and staff and basic people there, fake tanned girls and skinny jean armani guys. would not reccomend

Amazing club with amazing atmosphere and the best music. The new bouncers are lovely and make me feel safe anytime I go there for a nightout. Th staff are approachable and lovely. They've always tried to go above and beyond to sort out any mishaps.
