Don't use this place, equipment is second hand and will fall apart after two days. We brought a expensive bat for my son and two days later it started to fall apart. The bat was not used or played with. Be warned these people are un professional and don't care about selling you used stock/defective item. I would 100% recommend you to try somewhere else.Had to call my credit card company as they were not prepare to offer a replacement or refund.

Driven here at 10.48am on a Sunday as the Hemel website states they are open 10am till 4pm, only to find the shop closed. Hopeless. Won't be hurrying back.

Great shop with plenty of options. More than options, the service provided by Claire and Andy was fantastic. They are truly into it and honest suggestions in selecting the products. Without any hesitation, I will recommend this cricket shop.

Andy was a great help. Truly felt he had my best interests in mind when picking new cricket gear. Spent a lot of time with me making sure everything fitted and felt right aswell as being in the right price range for me. Great shop with a huge variety and even better staff to help out. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Such a wide selection of cricket equipment! And staff are so helpful, I needed to buy everything from scratch and the sales rep Joe was so helpfull. Its a family run business that are intrested in helping customers find the right equipment that suites them according to budget, needs etc. So thrilled I went there. I have told some many from people my club to use them. Thank you Romida!

I purchased a cricket bat from Andy today. It was the first bat I've bought so I didn't really know what I was looking for or needed. He took his time, explained everything and offered loads of helpful advice. He showed me loads of options to help me make the right decision and never pushed me in any direction. I'll definitely be recommending to everyone and will be back again myself when I need new kit.

I recently found this cricket store and I was really impressed with the customer service, Andy and Claire really taken care of me in choosing the right gears. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy as bat was out of stock but they did order some other bats from the other stores for me to take a look without pushing to buy it. I found them very honest and really caring without pushing or forcing you to buyStore has a good variety of gears to choose from, I would highly recommend this store.

Great quality products and a fairly good range to choose from. Great service. Nice staff. They're not pushy and let you make up your own mind only giving you advice that you ask for or is relevant.
