Park's MG Brechin

Poor experience.Really interested in 24hr test drive of electric vehicle but they say insurance doesn't cover it.First firm I've ever dealt with that has used that as an excuse.No apology so no sale.Poor customer experience.Plenty other dealers out there willing to go the extra mile.

Robert was an absolute delight to work with. Great personable skills and helpful. This is my first car I have bought for myself and he really made the whole process so simple for me. Robert had extra knowledge and tips for me regarding the electric vehicles even to do with charging points etc. So happy with my new car, and was spotless when I collected it. Cannot thank you enough.

An incredibly frustrating experience here. I went in to have a look at the new MG4. When I went into the showroom there was no sign of anyone. I looked around for 5 minutes or so before someone eventually appeared before buggering off again. So I went outside then back inside without seeing another soul. After 15 minutes I left. Upon leaving I could see the earlier salesman in the showroom across the street having a laugh and a joke with his mate.Think I’ll wait for the new MG showroom opening in Dundee.Won’t be back

First class service, explained the process well, managed to find me a car in the system so I didn't have to wait long. Ordered and delivered within 3 weeks! No hassle with my finance, all arranged professionally by Chris and Alex! Would 100% recommend to all of my family and friends! Top job MG Brechin!

Having initially experiencing difficulties with trying to reserve my car online I telephoned the branch and was put in contact with a very warm and friendly gentleman, Robert Beattie.From this point on my experience with MG Parks Brechin and Robert was nothing short of exceptional.My car was reserved there and then over the phone, with a date and time to suit myself arranged for a test drive.Prior to my test drive Robert kept in touch via email and phone, providing me with all the relevant details, with full and informative answers to any of my questions.The day before my test drive I received a video, by Robert, providing me with a very personalised walkthrough of the car. This itself was extremely helpful in the first instance as I now knew whom I would be meeting.The review of the car was an open and honest, filling me with the confidence that I would finalise the sale before even seeing the car! No one likes to turn up to find the car is not what they expected and have an awkward time trying to wriggle out of a sales pitch.The day of my test drive went very smoothly, Robert was as expected, professional, very friendly and at no point did I ever feel pressured with any kind of pushy salesman pitch!Needless to say, I completed the purchase of my car with a day suitable for myself arranged for collection.This allowed the team at MG Parks Brechin to ensure the car would be ready, as Robert had himself pointed out a couple of scratches to the paintwork that needed addressing.On the day of collection, once again I received a personalised video, by Robert, letting me know my car was ready for collection, walking me through the car, which by now had been superbly valeted by the team, the minor paintwork defects pointed out by Robert had been fully rectified, leaving my car looking like brand new.As I was travelling by train Robert kindly offered to collect me from the local station, taking me back to MG Parks Brechin to finalise the paperwork prior to finally being in receipt of my new car.To summarise friendly, professional, attentive team with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring the journey of purchasing your car is simple, smooth and hassle free.

Excellent, couldn't imagine any better service if I tried.We went into Park's MG Brechin to enquire about our first mobility car that had to suit my wife's needs. We spoke to Chris Dolan who was very friendly, showed us what was available and guided us through the Process. We had a look at a few different cars and found a car to suit her needs which was also in stock.We went into the garage on Friday and collected our nice new MG ZS the following Wednesday.After hearing stories of long waits for mobility cars we were amazed at having ours in under a week.Amazing service start to finish, very highly recommended.

Wife called on Saturday to arrange a test drive and told Salesman was busy but would call back to arrange. Salesman called back, arranging a test drive for the Sunday. Car was ready for the test drive and an hour or so later my wife had ordered her new car. It's rare to get such straightforward service when buying a car these days!
