Adam Massage

I would 100% recommend Adam for a deep tissue massage. It was fantastic. I wish I had booked for 60 minutes, rather than 45 minutes as it was that good. Adam was extremely professional and skilled. He managed to reach the knots and checked with me during the massage if the pressure was ok. Adam also explained after the massage the science behind the muscles and provided instructions of an exercise to do each day to help relieve symptoms. Absolutely brilliant masseuse. I will certainly be returning again.

The best massage I've ever had!! After having a lot of tension from pregnancy and breast feeding, I'm so glad I treated myself to the 2 hour massage session. And what a treat it was. I felt Adam really worked on each muscle group attentively. I found it relaxing and also hurt so good feeling when it came to my knots. Adam checked in on me through out to make sure I was comfortable. He gave me some stretching to do at home also to hopefully keep the pain at bay. Highly informative and highly recommended.
