Bad experience all round. Hired a turf lifter for a day and was told it would be delivered between 7.30am and 8am. Was up early, then waited for two and a half hours before it was finally delivered at 10am. Old machine, a bit rusted, but it started ok. I used it for two hours --- and then the cutting blade fell off and it couldn't be used anymore. No apologies from M& J for me wasting my one day in the week off work, but they said I could have it again another day. Got it the next week, finished the job. Asked what time they'd be picking up the machine and was told sometime this afternoon". They showed up unannounced three days later. Again
