Our journey is now over and Hunters have been absolutely brilliant all through the sale process of our Parents home. Gina, from the start of the sale process advising, at what was a difficult time, preparing the particulars and liaising with us we knew then that we had put the property into safe hands. Not all agents are the same!!! I recently sold my home through the lovely team at Hunters in Ripon. They absolutely nailed it from start to finish. I started with another agent and gave them nearly 6 months to sell my house and they failed miserably. The communication, professionalism and customer service were shocking. During my time with the other agent, I had more contact from Hunters asking for the opportunity to sell my home than I did from the agent I had instructed to sell it. I decided to switch and give Hunters a try. What a difference and a breath of fresh air they were. They are open, honest, professional, friendly and knowledgable. The listened, gave feedback and all the team visited my home to have a walk around so they could be familiar with it when doing viewings. To be honest they only did 2 viewing and both offered on my home and I accepted the 2nd offer. Hunters were a delight to work with, they did everything they promised and more. They updated me right through the sales process and I would use them again and again without reservation. Thanks Gena, Emily and team!!

I recently had a property to sell in Ripon. The service I received from Hunters Estate Agents in Ripon was outstanding. From initially walking into the office I was greeted with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism from helpful staff. I was provided with clear guidance on the selling process and a realistic valuation of the property. As I live away from the area, Hunters took care of everything, arranged all the viewings with potential buyers, and provided me with feedback and updates. Special mention must be made of Emily who took care of my sale. Her professionalism, customer service and guidance was exceptional. Throughout the whole process I was continually updated by emails and phone calls of everything that was happening. I felt totally supported throughout the whole process, right up to exchange and completion. I would strongly recommend Hunters Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell a property in the Ripon area. I don't usually go in for leaving feedback but in the case of Hunters in Ripon and particularly the communication and interaction with Scarlett, I am happy to make an exception. Scarlett acted very ethically during a BAFO phase of my purchase, not sure I would get the same level of honesty from others in the industry. During the initial purchase phase she did a great job to keep all parties aware of progress. Ultimately I was unable to proceed with the purchase, no reflection on Hunters or the vendor, even faced with this disappointment, Scarlett remained professional and understanding. She is a credit to Hunters.
