KCS COURIERS (KASHMIR CARGO SERVICES) PAKSITAN CARGO

We ordered from these people in Pakistan and they charged us for service but they doubled the charge in the UK. They're very rude aswell, we asked for support but they mad bad comments. They took money off us for something we didn't need to pay for and I'm writing this so people are aware.

This was the first time I have used KCS.I believe credit should be given where it is due and constructive criticism should be welcomeOur items 11 in all were picked up 19/11/2022. The two guys who cam were helpful and courteous and efficient.10 of the 11 were delivered in Pakistan on 13/01/2023. This was earlier than we expected so thats another plus.However chasing the missing box was made difficult by lack of communication/show of concern.The driver said there were only 10 items but later called saying their backend is confirming there should be 11 and the other is in another shipment and I should contact KCS.I contacted KCS from Pak via WhatsApp +447867 860688 (official KCS number) on 13th January and again on 18th January.Messages were read by whoever has that KCS number but he/she has decided to ignore and not responded.I sent a relative to the Derby office and they confirmed box is in a second shipment but offered no time frame.I allowed some time in case this box was delayed in transit and may materialise and contacted again on 8th February with a voice note. Again, it was listened to but no response.....In all my messages maintained politeness and merely requested an update about the missing box. KCS however showed disregard by not even responding on WhatsApp after 34 days of the initial query.I provided the detailed email booking receipt with the invoice number/tracking number in my messages.I then posted a review on Google and mentioned these various points. I sent messages on the WhatsApp number at same time 16th February. It seemed to wake someone up.Someone after 34 days finally responded saying they would update which they kindly did same day to tell me it was in their Pakistan warehouse and would be delivered soon. I removed that review.It finally arrived Friday 24th February. Just over 3months after it was picked up from UK address.A suggestion:Someone from KCS needs to check who has that contact number and reassign it to someone who understands customer service.I sent 11 pieces in the cargo and admittedly the other 10 were delivered together.However this 11th piece proved a huge test for KCSIt is unrealistic to expect that things will always go to plan. We have to be fair and things can sometimes go wrong.The real test of a company's customer service is when things do go wrong.Do they respond to enquiries?Do they keep the customer informed?Do they strive to resolve any problems?Sadly I have to say in all these 3 regards so far KCS has failed to live up to expectationsIn terms of items. I can say all items arrived as they were except:A couple of metal baking trays were slightly bent.Washing machine one side wall was leaning inwards when un packed but thankfully still working.

This service applies to138 Pear Tree Rd, Derby DE23 6QD .What you did was totally wrong. Worst customer service. My parcel did not reach on time though I was following continuously the shop where we got the toy from and kashmir Pak cargo office too. They never reply on WhatsApp and they don't bother to answer. Even the manager don't respond .Never ever choose pak kashmir Cargo to send your parcel.Bunch of crooks. They won't gave me my parcel This company charged me more when we already paid. Avoid them totally. When i paid them to get my gift all my items were damaged & half stolen.I called then but they are useless so please don't send any item to them.

Very good customer services, The cargo rates are quite less than other firms. Would love to use their services again.

Worst courier company, I send through air cargo and its been 6 weeks its still not reached and they come up with excuses saying its in customs and have a case on it.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wouldn't even give them a star because they arent worth it. The worst cargo campony ive come across they ask you for extra money when you have already paid abroad they are lying thieves

Don’t use this company they are scammers they told one thing in Pakistan and the the parcel arrived in to the Uk they demanded money otherwise they will not deliver your parcel make sure pay a little bet more money and use other cargo this is my advice to everyone you will regret trust me very bad experience

This honestly is an amazing service.I have received goods from family in Kashmir through the derby branch twice now, each time the chap has called me prior to arriving.He has informed me he wil be arriving at what time and on this occasion he even delivered to a different address as I was not home.They were both the epitome of professionalism.Highly recommend the service and definitely will use them and push family and friends to use it too.Thank you guys

I've had the pleasure of using this courier service a couple of times. I can't fault the service they came collected parcel's from my home and delivered on time to the relevant destinations abroad. The prices I paid were fare and no additional fees or problems ever materialised. I've also visited the Branch on Peartree Road just opposite from Yannis Desserts. They seemed busy and efficient in meeting the needs of their clients. Keep up the good work and strive for customer satisfaction and you will only prosper and grow.
