Such a shame they stopped their 'best selling' moisturising foundation. Been in a few times to try a different one but none of the new colours match...will have to go elsewhere. Gave them a star as the girl was very helpful.

Staff have always been pleasant, professional and really helpful with suggestions & product knowledge. They're always happy to demonstrate product use, and I have always left having received friendly service & helpful advice, as well as a purchase or two! I only really started discovering body shop products this year and this store in Cambridge has made the difference in securing me as long term customer

One of my favourite stores and I always pop in whenever I see one in a high street. This particular store happened to be a family run franchise, and they really made you feel at home! Assisted me with all of my needs and then advised me I was entitled to a free hand cream on my purchase! Lovely shop, and will 100% return next time I’m in Cambridge.

I absolutely love this shop, some things are a little pricey but it's definitely worth it! The products are all of excellence quality and they smell amazing and not at all overpowering.I signed up for a body shop card at Christmas and I got a free box of rose scented things with it, it made for an excellent gift.There's so many different things to choose from, from your feet to your face there'll definitely be a product that you'll love.

Went in to find a sustainable/eco-friendly alternative to cotton wool balls - success! The staff were very helpful. However, I would expect a shop with the body shop's eco-conscious branding to 1) have more sustainable packaging for their products and 2) not leave the shop door wide open with the heating blasting!
