Storage King Walsall - Self Storage Units

Storage unit located close to M6. Does exactly as it says on the tin. Found Lindsay & Tim to be both friendly and helpful. A couple of times we were delayed paying the storage rent invoices by a few days, but there was no trouble. Storage units are very good value. Will use in the future for any future storage needs.An honorary mention for Barry's Removals, recommended by Lindsay & Tim. Barry helped us move in and out of storage and could not do enough for us on both occassions. Thank you all!

I called for advice and they were excellent. So much information. I maybe using them if moving times can't be synchronised. Really pleasant and sounds like excellent rates.

Great place for storage keeping your stuff dry and airy no damp it's well maintained you will find this storage king in James bridge next to the James bridge tyres not to bad for price

Great storage facility easy to access and close to M6. Lindsay and Mick very friendly and helpful.

Can work out expenive after you discountedperiod.we had for few years due house moves etc...easy access nice friendly people ..would recommend

BEWARE OF THIS STORAGE KING BRANCH - ONLY USE THIS STORAGE KING BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR BELONGINGS LIKE I DID.I was a victim of burglary from my unit at Storage King. Out of the 100’s of units at this place, only mine and one more persons unit was targeted.Don’t use this company to store your goods, as they are not a secure and safe place. Their surveillance system team might be only used to keep an eye on you and what you are storing, which is how I might be targeted within the company.They refuse to take the ownership of the lapse in security and their negligence in making sure my goods are secure.When my storage was burglarised the alarm ‘conveniently’ didn't go off, allowing the robbers to take all my stuff without any alarm being raised.Security monitoring which they claim to be ‘live’ is not live. It is not 24/7 monitoring, as it seems they were asleep when my unit was being burglarised.I am now stuck between insurance and the police trying to recover the damage done, but they are the most uncooperative company and don't have any interest or sympathy for their customers.I wish I can give them zero stars.

I've used Storage King Wednesbury a couple of times over the years, its very competitive prices, well maintained units. Lindsey &Tim are very approachable if you've any queries, and always on end of the phone in an emergency.

Have used this facility many times in the past and can't fault. Lindsay always incredibly helpful and offers reliable safe and secure storage!!

After calling several storage firms I've got to say these guys were the most helpful, great advice, thanks again Lindsey hopefully see you soon.
