Becontree tailor & dry cleaner
I had my curtains shortened here and my curtains have been ruined and I will need to take them elsewhere to have it rectified, they used the wrong colour thread on the curtains and have not used the correct finishing stitch, my curtains are twisted at the moment and looks really poor. I have tried to contact but there telephone number no longer works. These curtains cost me £160

I had an expensive dress ruined! twice I went back with my complaint over the appauling workmanship I wanted the hem taken up. I’ve had to throw the garnent away. Being it’s unwearable. No offer of compensation for a ruined £45 dress just fobbed off. I would never go to this establishment again with anything!!! From a very angry dissatisfied customer

Excellent service, had a suit dry cleaned for under £10. Looks like a brand new suit. Ready in two days. Really happy customer and its great to have this service at the bottom of my road. Will continue to use them. Really lovely people.

I would never advise anyone to come to this shop ever, the man is very rude and doesn’t fix anything properly and then calls police on you for something he lost. This shop is the worst shop ever in London. Never come here
