Bought a property from this company, totally unprofessional. The closing date was meant to be a Monday but I was phoned and asked if I could change it cause it was a bank holiday and they wanted it off, not a problem but when I went to pick up keys they didn’t have all the keys available and I was asked if I could “chap up the neighbours” to borrow keys and get them cut. AVOID!!!

Kind of crazy that each and every region has a “your room “ agency with different standards and approach. I had the luck to communicate and had viewings with a highly professional branch south Glasgow. Then a very unprofessional and lazy on the west, so you need to check on Google which branch affiliate you have appointment with by name not just by the pre your move tag.
