There rate of people starting then leaving in weeks is 8 out of 10 as this firm does not care about quality of products or the care of there employees it's seems they only care about the profit of the company the training is nil

Disgraceful management who are incompetent and use a blame culture. Do not know there own processes let alone have control of them. I’m sure if their customers knew how this company operates they would immediately lose their contracts. All skilled staff who had a good knowledge base of their role have now left due to the new management style introduced by the new managing director. This unfortunately has left brose in an unstable position which puts additional pressure onto the existing less trained and less skilled staff. Very disappointing as before the new management take over, this was an amazing place to work and build your career. Shame on Brose!!!

The worst company I have ever worked for. Targets are unreachable and believe me by a mile. If you don't hit them you get your pay docked. You get a five minute break... By the time you get to the canteen, queue for a drink you are walking back. They will take advantage of their workers with false promises of extra pay but I remember this never being reflected on the pay slips. If you are agancy they will tell you you must give up both your weekend days to work over time or they will get rid of you and replace you with workers who would, that happened quite a lot, basically don't work here. I even heard they do 12 hour shifts now.. Wow that will put you in a early grave. You can find over factories in the area that pay more and treat staff better, I could go on all day how bad this place is but need I say more! I only wish I could mark this a minus star

The worst company I have ever worked. Lack of respect for the employee. Looking guilty in every and in everything. If you need help in any case, you will not get it. Only 25 minutes break and you get 5 minutes if you deserve what is impossible because Target are too high. Even if a lot of employees will leave because of one problem will not be solved in any sensible way. The only thing I amed from this company is stress and bad experiences. I do not recommend if it would be the option of minus stars, I would put a maximum quantity.

Nice and big building, BUT the worst people I found in Coventry. The leaders are very rude to people and especially to new employees, managers worse! AVOID to work here !!! I worked 3 months and I had enough.
